Frequently asked questions
What does a Shopify product import CSV need?
Shopify keys products on the Handle and expects specific columns (Title, Variant SKU, Variant Price, Variant Inventory Qty, Image Src…). Importly renames your columns to those and fills the Handle from your product name when it's missing.
Why won't my product CSV import into Shopify?
Common blockers are missing or mismatched column names, prices with currency symbols or commas, weights in the wrong unit, or broken image URLs. Importly normalises all of these first.
