These terms of use govern access to and use of the Importly service. By creating an account, the user fully accepts these terms.
Purpose of the service
Importly is an online (SaaS) platform for importing, cleaning, normalising and exporting data files. The service is accessible within the limits of the subscribed plan.
Account and access
The user is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided, the confidentiality of their credentials, and any activity carried out from their account. Any unauthorised access must be reported without delay.
Acceptable use
The user agrees not to misuse the service, not to upload unlawful content, not to harm the security or integrity of the platform, and not to attempt to circumvent its technical limits or quotas.
Availability
The publisher strives to keep the service available but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, updates or incidents may cause temporary interruptions.
Ownership and user data
The publisher retains all rights to the service. The user retains full ownership of the files and data they import; they grant the publisher a limited licence solely for the purpose of providing the service.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". The user is responsible for the data they process and for keeping their own backups. The publisher cannot be held liable for indirect damages.
Termination
The user may stop using the service at any time. The publisher reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account in the event of a breach of these terms. Financial conditions are set out in the terms of sale.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable settlement, any dispute shall fall under the jurisdiction of the French courts.
