Terms of sale

These terms of sale govern subscriptions to the paid plans of the Importly service. Any subscription implies acceptance of these terms.

Plans and pricing

The service is offered under several plans, including a free plan and paid plans. The features and current prices (in euros) are detailed on the account billing page. Prices are exclusive of tax; applicable VAT is added where relevant.

Subscription and commitment

Paid plans are monthly subscriptions. Any subscription commits the customer for the current month. The subscription renews automatically each month, for a new one-month period, until it is cancelled.

Payment

Payment is made by card through our secure provider Stripe. No card details are stored on our servers. The first payment is due upon subscription, then on each monthly anniversary date.

Billing

An invoice is issued at each due date and remains available from the billing portal. In the event of non-payment, access to paid features may be suspended.

Cancellation and refunds

The customer may cancel at any time from their billing area. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the monthly period already paid for: the customer keeps paid access until that date, then automatically moves to the free plan. No refund, total or partial, is issued for the current period.

Right of withdrawal

As this is a digital service whose performance begins immediately upon subscription, the customer acknowledges waiving their right of withdrawal as soon as performance of the service begins, in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Price changes

The publisher may change its prices. Any change is communicated in advance and applies only to subscription periods after it takes effect. The customer remains free to cancel if they do not accept the new price.

Governing law

These terms of sale are subject to French law. Any dispute shall, failing an amicable agreement, be brought before the competent French courts.
