How to import products into WooCommerce from a CSV

WooCommerce's product CSV importer can map fields on the fly, but a messy supplier or old-store export still causes rejected rows, wrong prices and broken images. Here's how to prepare a file that imports cleanly.

What breaks a WooCommerce product import

• Headers don't match. WooCommerce expects "Name", "SKU", "Regular price", "Stock", "Weight (kg)", "Categories", "Images" — your file says "Nom du produit", "Référence", "Prix".
• Prices in the wrong format. "1 299,90 €" won't import; WooCommerce expects a plain 1299.90.
• SKUs and barcodes with stray spaces or inconsistent casing.
• Image URLs malformed or split across columns.
• Empty rows that create blank products.

The fast way with Importly

1. Upload your product export (.xlsx or .csv).
